Warranty & crash replacement

Your legal guarantee

EU consumers benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years from delivery. This protects you when goods are faulty or do not match the contract. It is a right against the seller and is separate from a manufacturer's voluntary warranty. Applicable national law may provide additional rights.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies include repair or replacement, or a price reduction or refund. To raise a concern, email [email protected] with your order details and a description of the issue. Your statutory rights do not depend on a voluntary warranty programme.
