Cycling helmet size & fit guide
Measure your head
Use a soft measuring tape around your head, approximately 1 cm above your eyebrows and ears. Record the circumference and compare it with the table. If you do not have a tape, use string and then measure it with a ruler.
Compare your measurement with the chart above. It is the general cycling chart from the LEM 2027 Bike Collection; check the size options for your chosen model, as not every model lists every size.
*The Child inch range is printed as shown in the catalogue. Use the centimetre range for this row while the inch conversion is checked; 52 cm is approximately 20½ inches. For help with a measurement at a shared size boundary, contact [email protected].
Adjust the fit
- Position the helmet level on your head, with the front edge just above your eyebrows.
- Adjust the side straps to form a V directly below each ear.
- Fasten the chin strap comfortably, leaving room for one or two fingers between the strap and your chin.
