Returns & right of withdrawal
Changing your mind
EU and UK consumers buying online normally have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason. For goods, this period ends 14 days after the day you, or someone you nominate other than the carrier, receives them. If goods in a single order arrive separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item.
Tell us you wish to withdraw
Use the Withdraw from contract page or email [email protected] with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. Including your name, order number and the goods concerned helps identify your order. The model form below is optional; you do not have to use it. Send your notice before the withdrawal period expires; you do not need to wait for a reply to give notice.
Sending goods back
Contact us for the return address and instructions. Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of withdrawal, unless we offer to collect them. Keep proof of dispatch. Return postage arrangements are being finalised; ask us for details before ordering. Any responsibility for return costs is subject to applicable law and the information provided before purchase.
Handling a helmet
Please keep the helmet unworn, apart from trying it on to check fit, and retain labels, protective foil and packaging where possible. These are care requests, not an automatic loss of your statutory withdrawal rights. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods' nature, characteristics and functioning, where the law allows.
Refunds
For EU withdrawals, reimbursement is due without undue delay and within 14 days of your notice. Unless we offer collection, reimbursement may be withheld until the goods arrive back or you provide evidence of sending them back, whichever happens first.
For UK cancellations of goods where we have not offered collection, reimbursement is due without undue delay and within 14 days after we receive the goods back or receive evidence that you sent them back, whichever happens first. Otherwise, the 14-day period runs from your cancellation notice.
The refund includes payments received and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered. Any extra cost of a more expensive delivery option need not be refunded. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, with no refund fee.
Faulty goods & other destinations
A withdrawal is different from a claim about faulty goods. Your statutory rights remain unaffected; see Warranty & crash replacement. For returns outside the EU and UK, contact us to discuss the applicable arrangements.
Appendix: EU model withdrawal form
The following is the standard form in Annex I(B) of Directive 2011/83/EU, reproduced as a template. Its recipient instruction is part of the statutory wording. You may instead send a clear withdrawal statement to [email protected].
