Warranty & crash replacement
Your legal guarantee
EU consumers benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years from delivery. This protects you when goods are faulty or do not match the contract. It is a right against the seller and is separate from a manufacturer's voluntary warranty. Applicable national law may provide additional rights.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies include repair or replacement, or a price reduction or refund. To raise a concern, email [email protected] with your order details and a description of the issue. Your statutory rights do not depend on a voluntary warranty programme.

After an impact
As general helmet safety guidance, stop using a helmet after a significant impact and replace it, even if damage is not visible. Follow the instructions supplied with your helmet and seek advice if you are unsure. This safety advice does not create a crash replacement entitlement.
