Shopping with LEM

The store presents LEM products in English for the United States, Italy, Germany, France and the United Kingdom. For order enquiries, contact [email protected].

Placing an order

Review the product, available options, delivery destination and total before placing your order. The order process is: place your order, receive a confirmation email, then follow the offline payment instructions. Contact us promptly if an order detail needs correcting.

Payment

The current checkout method is LEM Offline Check. Online payment is not available in this store at present. Follow the payment instructions supplied for your order; do not send payment card details by email.

Prices & delivery

Prices are in EUR and include VAT for Italy, Germany, France and the United Kingdom. Checkout offers LEM Free Delivery €0.00. See Shipping & delivery for destination and import-charge information. Ask customer care about timing before ordering if you need delivery by a particular date.

Withdrawal & returns

Legal guarantee of conformity

EU consumers have a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years from delivery. It concerns goods that are faulty or do not conform to the contract. Remedies may include repair or replacement and, in the circumstances provided by law, a price reduction or refund. National law may provide additional protection. These rights are separate from any voluntary commercial warranty.
